Building Description
Completed in May of 2014, the Reliance LLC technical facility is a state-of-the-art high bay building that features 65' of interior clear height, a complete line set system, dedicated client power, and furnished office suites. Uses include the following: tech and prep of theatrical components and sets; assembly and test-fitting of large-scale structures such as sculptures, architectural elements, stages, and decorative theme components; commercial, television, and movie set location and filming; sound/video systems setup and preview. Additionally, the techical facility is connected to, and supported by, a 60,000 sq. ft. custom fabrication building equipped with expert staff and equipment.
